What is the turnaround time to get a sign installed or taken down?

We guarantee your sign will be installed the next day if you place your order by 3:00 pm and it is within our normal service area (Same with Removals) Tuesday through Saturday

If it is outside of our service area, please allow additional days to be done (See map for more details)


What is the cutoff time for the next day service?

3:00 pm AZ time


How do I know if my order went through?

If the order went through it will show up on your “Status” page under the Pending Installations or Pending Removals.

You should also see a message that says “Your order is Complete”


How do I order more than one sign to be installed at a property?

Each signpost has to have a separate order.  So when you finish the first order, click on the blue link that says “would you like to create another order for this address?” This will pre-populate most of the information to speed up the process.


How will I know if/when my order is done?

You will receive an email confirmation with a photo of your installed sign and or an email stating your sign has been removed, etc.


What are your hours of operation and days?

We are open Tuesday through Saturday and Closed on Sun-Mon.  Our office is typically open from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and the installers are out in the field from sunup to sundown.

How do I get my signs and lockboxes to you to store?

There are 3 options:

  1. We can pick them up at your office and or sign maker
  2. You can leave all your signs and Lockboxes at your next listing and we will hang one and keep the rest
  3. You can drop them off or have them shipped to our office
